I hope Will understands that Michelangelo's painting was making a mockery of the church. I just got here, and don't really want to go back far enough to trace the beginning of where this started (looks farther than just his question) so I'll just state this.

Ever wonder what that pink thing is that God and his angels are in in the original painting? It's in the shape of a brain....;)

About as much as a picture of poker playing dogs....

Just because someone borrows a previously done painting or picture doesn't mean there is any belief in the original meaning... parody is often an ingenious way to show flaws - SNL has done that for years.

wow and someone quetions why Christiaans thinkk they can steal Calvin's image for thie usage -- go figure. actually if this FSM would look deeply at the sistine chapel and more closely the Last Judgement -- he might find some things in common ; )
