On top of what Natasha said also add Sugar, corn, all fruits, most vegetetables, nuts, dairy, etc..


An easier question is what is not a carb? Meat, eggs.

Nobody will answer your question completely since the list is long and complicated.Anything composed of sugars, both simple and complex, 5 carbon sugars (pentoses), six carbon sugars (hexoses),etc. Then you have complexes like starch and glycogen, as well as wood and vegetable structures that are also classified as carbohydrates, and so forth. A number of years ago there was a text book called the Carbohydrates authored by Pigman that was approximately 400 pages in length.
