There are antiparasitic meds. BUT they should be prescribed by a physicians since not all dose are suitable for children..it will depnd on their built / weight because these meds will also be harmful if not givin right. Before treatment also, expose your child's bedding under direct sunlight. This will eradicate the pinworm's egg.This kind of parasite is transmitted through inhalation of its egg. Hope this helps.
