Have you ever injured that hand? It could be many things.

Muscle spams
Early sign of carpel tunnel
Early arthritis.

I use my hands a lot too, my finger joints get swollen and at times numb and get that feeling of "Fat Fingers".
Massaging helps, and soaking them in Epsom salt works well for me, but you should go to a doctor, carpal tunnel is painful, and people like us get arthritis sooner or later.
If your joints get stiff, you still need to keep moving though, I have gotten to the point of using Ben Gay on my hands, it's tough being part of the working class.

This happens to me sometimes. Usually if I take Tylenol, Advil, or aspirin it goes away. You might get some smallish rubber balls and exercise the muscles in your hands.

Potassium and water. Eat more bananas ot take potassium supplements and make sure you drink enough water. Dehydration can also lead to cramping.

you clearly have a magnesium deficiency. I used to get that in my legs when I was swimming.
Try to eat more green vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains...
water contains magnesium as well, and is usually the main source. check with your local water supplier the water that comes out your fossid contains enough.

you have to exercise your hands, the same thing happens to me when I am at work in my computer, at the end of the day they hurt, my doctor said that I have to exercise them every 45 minutes, it work for me! try it.
