Work out less and eat more, and you'll feel fine.

Don't diet and work out. Your body needs a lot of energy to build muscle. If you don't eat your body will devour your muscle and all your workout will be for nothing.
Along with a balanced diet, Eat 1 or 2 spoonfuls of peanut/almond/soy butter and an apple 30 minutes before you work out and eat more protein after you work out to compensate for the energy spent.

If your muscles are hurting so much you can't function, do less reps or fewer excercises within each rep. Otherwise, it's just a biproduct of exercise and you'll get used to it as you get into better shape.
Also, VERY IMPORTANT keep your body hydrated throughout the day so your muscles don't cramp.

And DON'T do the same exercise every day. Muscle is actually built during the times of rest between excercising not during the actual workout.

Treat yourself kindly, results will vary from workout to workout, it is a difficult process but keep it up. by the time you are in good shape your body and heart will thank you.

You exercise too much, that's all. Slow down. You should only work your abs for a maximum of three times a week. You have to give abs a chance to rest and develop!!! With what you should eat, you could eat anything! The important is when do you eat to keep up your metabolism. I highly reccomend you to eat every three hours. That is approximately six meals a day. Say you eat your breakfast at seven, snack at ten, lunch at one, snack at four, dinner at seven PM, and your treat at ten before you go to bed. This works because eating small meals constantly help you preserve you lean muscles and destroy fats! To learn more, read the book The 3 Hour Diet by Jorge Cruise.

You should rest those muscles for a day or two. They say yoga helps the build up of lactic acid too.

As far as making your abs better, just work them out every other day and eat good foods (no fried foods or refined sugar) and you should get your abs back!

The reason your muscles are sore is because acid sits in your muscles and when you start making it work it fights you not to work. All you can do is keep working out DONT STOP. Then drink lots of water and take ib profen.

Running requires most muscle groups in your body to work. Your legs are stronger than your abs, so while your legs may not hurt, your abs will. Try streching your abs more and work out them as well as your legs.

soaking in a hot bath might help, after ever workout. whenever i get sore muscles i usually take like a pain reliever, and always stretch before working out. once your muscles get used to working out they wont be so sore

Try supplementing Glutamine, stretch, and don't overwork a muscle group (sometimes less is more)

i took a HEALTH COURSE in my college and my professor says u can WORKOUT ONE DAY but u need to give your body rest the next day. so basically you're TEARING/RIPPING your muscle tissues when you workout and it needs time to HEAL which is when u feel the soreness is because ITS STILL IN THE HEALING PROCESS.

Make sure that you are streatching at the beginning and the end. Take hot baths, and regulate your breathing.
