lay on ur back, put ur legs together and lift them 6 inches off the floor... c how long u can hold it 4

I agree with the first guy sean...except pump your legs up and down...hey i've been using the McDonalds Adult Happy Meal DVD's...Yoga, Cardio, Core, and Strength...AWESOME!!! 1-800-244-6227 call them and tell them you want the DVD's lol...I love them.

roman chair knee raises....leg raises while hanging.....leg lifts from the bench....bycicle....jackknifes....thats pretty much it
