Mexico will not return a wealthy American rapist, and then charges the Americans that forcibly bring him home to face justice. The fact that they were protecting him from...for a price no doubt, and their desire to show other criminals their protection service is alive and well, should open some eyes.
Working to get their own poor to infiltrate America and protecting wealthy American criminals. And their refusal to return their own nationals Back to America to face murder charges makes their entire system appear to be a criminal enterprise.

Dog had the obligation of contacting the FBI at the American Consulate, but took the law into his own hands. This is a crime of bounty, or vigilantism, and yes, he broke Mexico's law.
The good side of this is that the American criminal is in prison, never to rape another young woman here or anywhere on the planet!
And, yes, the arrest was in Hawaii, but not for Hawaiian officials.
Politically, I think he will get help from the USA. I hope he comes out OK, even if he was breaking with Mexican law.

I thought he was arrested in Oahu.
Which would be Hawaii.

I see what you are saying. He had taken the Max Factor heir from Mexico when the guy was accused of rapes and Mexico said that was kidnapping because bounty hunting is illegal in Mexico.
Apparently he was released on an agreement to check in with the Mexican court every Monday but went back to Oahu. That was stupid, actually.

I am so upset. I cannot believe that Mexico is not thankful that Dog got a rapist off their streets. As for the US government becoming a patsy for Mexico, what the hell is that?

Bounty hunters symbolize the decadence of a society whose authorities have been passed and outsmarted by the criminals that very society has spawned. If the police, army and other law enforcers have ceased to function properly, enter the Vigilantes and the Bounty Hunters.
A government is a reflection of the society that fosters it.

DAR is right, and you do arrest Mexicans when crossing the border, and that is done by well uniformed and suited Border Patrol Officers, aka Inmigration officers, or "la migra" as mexicans call it!
