Hey everyone,
I've noticed that recently I've been bruising much more easily than I ever have before. I'm getting pretty bad bruises and I have no memory of ever getting hit, even a little. I know that this may be a sign of a vitamin deficiency. My questions are:
which vitamins are likely causes of this and what foods are good suppliers of these vitamins? Also, is there anything else that this could be, besides vitamin deficiencies?

Do you take aspirin reguarly? If so, this can cause you to bruise easier. Also, any blood thinners, or if you are diabetic, you tend to bruise easier.

are you on any new medicines, like aspirin, plavix or coumadin? blood thinners like that can cause bruising, as can perhaps fish oil supplements. see your doctor and ask her. too much bleeding could be a risk factor for a bleeding stroke.
