Man, I came on the web looking for answers as I noticed that my hamburger bun that I was eating with sloppy Joes had mold on it. I guess the tabasco covered up any bad taste. Anyway, I was only into my second or third bite when I noticed that the next piece had mold on the bottom and had been cut into. I spit out what was in my mouth and threw the rest away, so I am not sure how much I actually ate. I am glad to here that I won't die. Although a night on the toliet does not sound too fun either. Uh, got to run.......

Sometimes it will make you sick. My husband ate a piece of bread that had mold on it. He cut the mold out and still ate it. 2 minutes later he was throwing it all up in the toilet. I wouldn't mess around with moldy food of any kind.

Mold secrets a toxin as it grows. Eating the toxin will make you sick. If you ate something that was moldy on a part you didn't eat you may have avoided the toxin.

It depends on the mold and whether or not you are allergic to it. The fact that you're here and not writhing on the floor in agony is a good sign.

Seriously, it might taste bad or upset your stomach, but you'll probably be fine.

I believe it has a lot to do with the type of mold and how strong your immune system is.
if you are not real sick now.. you might get the poo's, you might not.

if you eat something moldy, you get food poisoning, but if you didn't eat much of it, your body has its own immunity to stuff like that, besides, food goes into the stomach which is full of very very deadly acid, but amazingly, it can be contained in the human body without harming it from the inside(outside, it'll probably start burning you or eating stuff away).
