G'day Da One and Only,

The first thing I'd do is speak with her and see what she likes. You should speak with her parents to see what they are looking for.

You could try a teen dance party but it might be beyond the budget.

Good luck and I hope that you all have a great time.

When my boys got to be teens they did not want the traditional party - so we started what we called Tail-gating Birthday parties.
We would park outside the movie theater (1.00 movies!) open up our tailgate and serve giant cookie cake and sodas. They would open up their gifts, and then I would hand each teen a goodie bag that had all sorts of snacks for the movies, and then we would close the tailgate and go to the movies. My kids loved this kind of party and their friends looked forward to it every year. Hope that helps.

A fancy dress party or even a party with a theme e.g. black and white , horror, fantasy or anything really. I am thinking that this is the cheapest option. A pizza party making home-made pizzas.

boy or girl?
if it's a girl-
>you could like get all her friends over and you could buy some face masks and have a party like that
> simpler:
you could make a cake yourself and they can just go to a movie or something like that
if it's a boy-
i don't know

hope it helps : )
