Let's put it this way -- focus on your looks and you're likely to attract people who focus on looks. Fine, if what you want is a relationship with someone who will hit the road the day your hair starts to go gray (or go away). Unless your chin is deformed and disappears right down your collar in a straight line from your nose, the sexiest guys smile, a lot, and like themselves as they are. Good luck!

I agree with most of the women who have posted so far...confidence in a man is much more important than perfect features. I mean, if your chin is so weak that it's almost a deformity, then that is one thing. But if you're just worried because you don't have a jawline like Clark Kent or something, don't waste your money on risky surgery. Just be yourself !

Get Plastic surgery in India. Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. As a doctor I personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
My cousin got a couple of cosmetic surgery procedures in India like the breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift through the forerunners healthcare. She is more than very happy with the results. she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. we like men that are confident in themselves... my husband's biggest insecurity are his crooked teeth. Those teeth (that smile) is what first attracted me to him...i think it adds character. I would never advise for anyone to physically alter themselves just to impress another person.
