Go back and demand your money back. There's not a lot you can do to make your hair grow faster, that's mostly determined by genetics, but you can maximise your gentic potential by eating healthy to get the vitamins and minerals your body needs. You could also try taking pre-natal vitamin supplements (they won't make you get pregnant more easily, just provide extra stuff that your body needs for growing a baby as well as keeping you healthy). Not damaging you hair will also mean that the ends break off less often - so no heat, less harsh chemicals, no bleaching, good brushing practices etc.

Get 3 or 4 contraceptive pills then you crush them put them into your regular shampoo let sit for a day or two then use normal!!
