Okay people said that dropping out of school at the age of 17 is illegal here in Ca. What if I get caught what will happen?

It doesn't matter if you get caught or not. If you drop out of high school, you are setting yourself up for a life of poverty and hardship. The days of the good paying factory job are a relic of the past. Your greatest career accomplishment would likely be asking, "Do you want fries with that?" Education is a prerequisite for survival in this country. The gap between those who "have" and those who "have not" is widening at a rapid pace. If you choose to be uneducated, odds are incredibly good that you will be at the bottom end of the "have not" spectrum. I not only recommend that you finish high school, I encourage you to attend college as well. If a college education is not for you, consider some type of trade where you can obtain certification in two years. Alternatively, embrace the idea of poverty; that's the state in which you'll live.

How would you like to learn to be a small engine technician? That pays well in most places. But you still have to have a good education to go with it. Can you read a micrometer, or do you know what telescoping gauges are? How about the formula for figuring out the horse power of an engine, just by measuring the bore, stroke, etc? It is a very interesting trade to be in. Just stay in school!

you ll be dumb for the rest of your life, get back to school and learn, make something of yourself, today the world is a harsh place so you have to be tough and educated to survive, never stop learning and stuff all the other idoits who want to drop out of school and make nothing out of themselves, good luck
