If you have only been with this girl for a week, you need to speak with her about respecting herself.
No girl in their right mind should want to have sex with a boyfriend after only being with them for one week. If you move too fast in a relationship the two of you will get bored easier and most likely breakup.
If all you care about is sex than I would suggest doing it now but if you respect your girlfriend then you need to explain to her that she should wait and respect herself rather then give away the goodies so quickly.
