I got a new computer (Hooray!) and have noticed that XP won't read all of my old files (yet) that Win98SE read. I did find a download for ".art" files, but it was for Win 2000 so I didn't try it.
A link would be appreciated, especially to a microsoft site.
And yes, I can program a VCR just fine!

Yes I had AOL a long time ago; if I need AOL software, I may just get rid of the pictures!

Nope. Installed it, restarted, tried installing again and all I get is a red X in the upper left corner of the browser.
I may just search for these files again in other formats.

Did you have AOL on your old computer? .art is an AOL file.
