Im 17 I dont go to school anymore but the school that im attending doesnt know that im dropping out. I cant drop out because its against the law here in california so I dont go to school at all so they can drop me for not showing and I need a work permit to get a job. How would I get a work permit if I dont go to school anymore.

It still isn't too late to return to school. Try that first, then try getting a part time job after school and on weekends. You would get a work permit through your school usually. But who is going to want to hire a 17 year old with no work history, and no education? What kind of pay would you be offered? Lots of things are to be considered here pal. Think it over ok?
