Darvocet N -100 and its equivalent generics contain 100 mg of propoxyphene napsylate and 650 mg of acetaminophen. Only you subjectively can decide if it is good enuff for your pain. Do not exceed the prescribed dose or change your regimen without your doctor's permission.

I'm not sure what strengths Darvocet comes in. I did, however, have a bi-lateral lung transplant two years ago and generic Darvocet was the pain killer prescribed for after I was out of the hospital. It worked wonders and I never even had to take the full dosage that had been prescribed.

The difference is the additive package that the name brand stations put in. For instance: 2 tanker trucks pull up to the Mobil refinery/fuel depot. One for a Mobil station, and one for a generic station. Both fill their trucks. The truck going to Mobil then pulls out a few 1 gallon jugs of chemicals and dumps them in the tank. The other simply closes the hatches. One truck now has name brand gas, the other generic. Crazy Girl doesn't know what she is talking about. FlexFuel on the Impala means it can run straight gasoline or E-85 (85% Ethanol, 15 % Gasoline) as a fuel source.
