yahoo personals comes up as page cannot be found. Why????

yahoo personals comes up as page cannot be found. Why????

Since being on yahoo for 3 weeks now i cannot get into yahoo personal. All it tells me is tha page cannot be found. Why? I get e-mails saying that people are leaving me messages. but I cant check them.
