How does one start an icecream truck route. Do I need vendors license, health inspection?

You can get tons of answers free by calling up your local college and asking if they consult with people who want to start a small business. many colleges have programs run by students who are studying business and they will have tons of pamphlets, booklets, and answers. Also check with your chamber of commerce and local small business administration for your town/state. I am sure you will need a vendors liscense, I am just not sure about the health inspection, but they can tell you. Good luck!
