Except for time-release formulas there should be no problem. Swanson Vitamins (swansonvitamins.com) carries several powder or liquid multivitamin products at reasonable prices. They will be happy to help you in selecting a product that serves your needs.

I have no connection with this company, other than I like and use their products.

Yes, that would be fine to do it that way. The only difference is if it is a time release tablet. You would still get the release of the vitamin, though. Try a capsule or put it in a soft drink or the drink of your choice(excluding alcohol) and let it dissolve. That should help you. If not and your finding that you choke when taking medicine, then contact your doctor for an evaluation. Take care!

Of course
Just make sure that you get all of the bits. If you're going to crush the pill instead of swallowing it then maybe you should mix it with food, that's easier.

you could crush a medication and put in pudding or applesauce, it'll be easier to swallow.

It doesn't matter how you take it as long as you take it all you still get same effect.

Only if it isn't a time delayed type, then it's ok.
