If you take Holy to mean spiritually pure; a personal love of God and a desire to do his will (preserve and care for his creations) would be the holiest religion (belief in a a Divine being or beings;specific form of belief and practice.), call it what you want.

A religion, a place, or a symbol are not Holy. Not since the destruction of the Temple. God's word, not the book, but the knowledge is Holy.

Islam: It is the only religion not named after a tribe or man. The English definition means "To Submit to God"

it is also the only religion that believes in all original books (as received by the Prophets) and Prophets of GOD from Adam to Noah to Moses to Jesus to Muhammed and all the Prpophets in between (peace upon them all).

I didn't even know that holiest was a word. My take is that something or someone is either holy or not holy. It's hard to be 75% holy, therefore, by definition, you cannot say that one religion is holier than another.
