OK, sweetie, to make the most of those fifty minutes, you want to be as prepared as possible when you walk into the classroom.
The last class period before each upcoming exam, ask your teacher/professor lots and lots of questions about all the people and things your class has been studying since the last test. And when he/she answers the questions, pay close attention and take notes!
The night before the exam, go to your room or someplace quiet, with good lighting, your textbook in one hand and your notes in the other, and study, study, study the material. Try not to stay up too late; get a good night's sleep and have a good light breakfast in the morning.
When you take the test, write the "easiest" essay first, then the next easiest, and so on, to get your mind revved up for the toughest one at the end.
Concentrate on what you're doing. Think of nothing else, pay attention to nothing else, for the whole fifty minutes. If you have some time at the end, go back over your answers and polish them up a bit.
Above all, keep your cool! You've prepared well for this test. You have fifty minutes; that's plenty of time to show you've studied the material. So don't let clock-anxiety rob you of a single second of it!
Oh, and remember--taking a nice deep breath every few moments will help you keep your thoughts in order.
Blessings to you!

The night before the test, read over the material that you're supposed to be studying. Usually there are questions in the book that you have to answer after each chapter, right?Practice answering these questions as precisely as you can, then study your answers. This information will more than likely appear on the test. Before your test, take a bath using lilac scented bubble bath (this is for memory.) Make sure you eat a healthy breakfast the day of the test, this will also help with memory. Tell yourself that you WILL do well on these essays, you WILL get them done in time, and and that you ARE confident. Do not speak negatives to yourself. If you find yourself thinking something negative, push it out of your mind. Also, wear a watch with timer, Set your watch for 10 minutes per essay. Do not go over!!! You can always go back and add more, or edit some after you are done. If you set time limit for 10 minutes each, and you have 4 essays, that leaves you 10 minutes extra to go back and add anything you like!!! You are thinking too much about what to put. If you know the information, and have practiced writing essays, and set a time limit, you should do well!!!

you will be better off spending 10 minutes to plan you essays at the beginning of the test... jot down little notes on what you have to include in your essays... and the order in which you want to present your ideas... i would suggest doing this for all questions right at the beginning... when you're still fresh and not stressed for time... once you are done... begin writing... 10 minutes per essay... and do your best not to excede the 10 mins otherwise another essay suffers... but this time you will have the structure of your essays already laid out and it will go much smoother, faster, it will be organised and no fear of blanking out :-) good luck!

Just take a second, jot down in bullets all the facts you remember so you dont forget them while you in the moment and just keep on blabbering. Also, just write everything thats in your head, but to an extent to where it makes sense. Also time out how long you are going to use for each essay.

Easy!! Relax, breath in and breath out. Focus!! Focus!! Nothing else matters except you, the time given, and the question at hand. Now, divide the question into sections or topics, then write a topic sentence, then write three to five sentences supporting the topic sentece. It's just breaking down the topic!!

Calm down! Stop thinking. Try thinking about nothing. Then the ideas will begin to flow.
