You need to see a doctor- you might be able to treat this condition. Then i bet things will start to look up for you. Don't worry! ;) I hope you get better!

Benefits are there for people like you. You're not taking advantage of the system. And you need to talk to somebody. Have you tried a close friend or family member. A doctor? If you don't feel comfortable with that, you could try a telephone helpline. For instance, if you live in the uk, you can try Samaritans, the number is here: www.samaritans.org . Even in you are not from the uk, you can email them and talk through it that way. Good luck.

Have you tried to go to a Community Mental Health clinic they are usually free or you pay on a sliding scale depending on your income. No one said that you have to take money that you haven't earned but at least look in the phone book and see if you can find one in your area. They can help you with your panic attacks and depression with free medications.

I am not a doctor, but sounds like a light downer would help you. Also, carry a paper sack with you and when you begin to hyperventilate from a panic attick, put the bag over your mouth and nose and breathe deeply into it until you feel calm again. This is something you'll want to do in private, of course.

go to your doctors and ask for counselling to get to the bottom of your problems, depression is normally triggered of by something and counselling normally helps, it helped with me, i ended up giving up a good job because of depression, but know i cant wait to get back to work. your doctor can refer you so try and get some help, you will be supprised as to what they drag up and what you dont even realise your depressed about..

I think that you need some counseling. Try a local counselor and see if you can talk to them and try to get some help. Good luck.
