If you are a sports person you are in the beginning stages of the pains that will be somewhere in you til you die. First of all this is conclusive only if your still breathing. evidence can be changed to show that it didn't hurt at all after you don't ever bring it up again. The problem here is your loosing sleep over it too?
herbs have been with us a long time and trying to advance your own repairs is in the catagory of your intention to do it your self,1981 copy of Carlton Fredericks,Ph.D.: Arthritis, "don't learn to live with it", if you can read it try to not see this book by it's cover, the guys great on bring out the over looked and obivious things needed by self healers, so first understand and maybe read a lil' Edgar Cayce stuff on how to retrive the cause of your injury to yourself. this has the best knowledge hidden in you to know what the facts are and you have to do this too. and things like don't sleep on that side and learn to don't do this and don't do that and soon you see that it takes chemistry in muscle functions to reduce inflamatory tolerances.lots of vitamin c, b complex and the lecitin tabs in1200 doses is what i'm know trying as a deducer in irritability of behavior. Allergies are suspect as are simulating arthritis that can be cause by diet. lots of luck in your seach for the answers.~(^_^)~
