I really like this guy I work with and we went out a couple of times as friends. We were both definetly flirting but now I don't know whether to just continue playfully flirting with him or tell him that I like him. He doesn't seem as interested now as he did at first and I'm not sure if its because he has lost interest or if he thinks I don't like him (since I never tried to kiss him or anything). This week he hasn't flirted with me like he did before, but he is still being really nice.

If he wanted you in that way he would of made a move on you all ready. But if you realy want to know if you can kick up to the next level why don't you try to make the move.Hey lifes a risk.you'll never know unless you expres your feelings.

All that flirty stuff gets confusing even to a guy with an extreme amount of confidence. At some point a guy needs to know he's moving in the right direction. Be cautious though. I see you work together and that only turns out well in a small number of cases.

You shuld think really carefully before you do anything i had 2 workplace relationships go South and it is not a very pretty picture everything workrd out ok in the end but it was a very uncomfortable 6 months. If you think you can handle it i say go for it and tell him.

Honey, let a sleeping dog lay.......just leave things as they are and get back to a non-flirty relationship. It's not wise to date inside of your work environment. Godloveya!

Honesty is the best way to go. Tell him (not at work) that you would like to take the relationship to another level and see what he says.
