HI James...Apple always welcomes all feedback about their products. For iTunes go to their customer support website to convey your concern and provide some suggestions: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/

ok so first make sure its actually a certified itune! it is? then search for apples head office and the address and write a letter to them a letter is always more attention getting because ur not going to get thru to the head person on the phone or email! and a letter is always more informative and its more professional

find an apple store near you. Go to http://www.apple.com . Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select a store. Go there and complain. I agree. It looks not like something they would make. I like older versions better.

i don't know... i want to complain to them about their videos being too difficult to convert. i mean, if you want to convert them, it's an incredible pain and takes too much trouble to really be worth it. They should just charge extra to put them in an ordinary mp4 format.
