I know of someone with similar problems. You are not going to be able to exercise your middle without aggrivating your problems, hon. Watch your fat intake, and use ankle weights and free hand weights to lift in a chair to keep those legs and arms lookin good. You can contract/expand your tummy muscles repeatedly while sitting, that is about all I can think of.

First, u should consult a professional--a physical therapist. U can also try holding in ur tummy for so many seconds, start out w/like 20-30 secs & work ur way up. Also, avoid junk food. Drink lots of water to flush out ur system. Good luck!

There are abdominal exercises you can do sitting. Ask a physical therapist to show you or check out a book or DVD. I have seen DVD for elderly with seated exercises.

well, i dont know if this will hrut or not, but you could sit down and put your feet to feet and thats called the butterfly, but you have to kinda hold your feet together. then, slowly, you can try putting your head to your feet, getting closer and closer each time. im 11 and i started ballet 2 years ago (i dont do it anymore) and that worked for me cuz i was totally out of shape (im not fat. this guy have me the nickname skinny) meaning that i needed to stretch more, and thats what i DO and i feel great everyday... just dont bend your back down so hard that you hurt yourself permanently... get closer and closer each time... SLOWLY
