No! One cup in the morning - first thing. MAYBE a second (half cup) if I really need it, an hour later.
More than one and I'm bouncing off the walls.
But without that first cup I'm worthless all day.
I had to get a blood test this week - fasted half the morning. Damn near killed me!

Yes i believe i could function without COFFEE in a day. I usually start with a coffee in the morning. i know that i could go without it. It would be more healthier. I guess if i was not to have coffee i would get caffeine withdrawal symptoms. I guess that would not be a problem.

Absolutely *not*. If I don't get my coffee, I become a very dangerous individual. I can function at bare minimum levels, but my attitude, outlook, and generally hospitable nature becomes something much more animalistic. As an understatement, I would say that I become a wee bit hostile & I lose my natural good humor....but I'm easily appeased if one approaches with a peace offering of a steaming mug of Java.

My addiction to coffee is completely psycological. I never would have believed that - since I start the day with a whole pot of coffee.
My husband started switching out my can of coffee beans with decaf coffee beans and believe it or not, I never knew the difference. I guess I have to admit what he always suspected - I just happen to like coffee - and that's OK.

Yes. I normally only drink a cup of brewed in the morning, or a double tall toddy shot with non-fat if I REALLY need it, and sometimes I'll swing by Starbucks in the pm for a pick-me-up, but if I don't have it all day, I'm just fine.

No, and also my Head aches without it, so I drink at least 6 cups black coffee, no sugar, no cream, no milk, just the coffee, I need it until 10 am, after that hour I do not need it.

Physically, yes. But drinking coffee is an extremely important ritual in my life. I absolutely love it! So without coffee, my life would be quite empty.
