I heard that it was 2 - 3 liters but I'm not sure, and I really need to know because I'm in track and I exercice a lot.

well than more than 8 glasses a day because thats the regular amount im on year round soccer so our coach tells ous to keep sipping water after practice and games so i guess just always have water with you!
