Show me somewhere in the Koran where Islamic faith advocates terrorism and I might believe you. The Islamic faith says no such thing. The American Media have taken this way too far to where it has become a reality for imbeciles such as yourself. These people who have committed such atrocities are extremists, like that of what is heard within your own country in regards to murders, pedophiles, rapists and serial killers, they are the extremes of society. The only difference is that these Islamic Extremists have misrepresented what the Koran has said in their own anger and rage against Westerners and used it to back up their attacks. There is nothing wrong with the Islamic Faith. Why don't you actually have the balls to be educated instead of being so judgmental and stop following along with what the media tells you. Know what your talking about before suggesting such an atrocity you discriminatory bigot.

Because isolationism does not work....it is not all Muslims that advocate terrorism that I know of....if the US does a good job screening people for visas and passports then the problem should be minimal....fear should not lead us to discriminate against a whole group for what part of a group does....just some of my ideas.

I am telling you this for the last time! ISLAM DOES NOT PROMOTE TERRORISM! Open your ears man! The media and muslims have declared this over and over. The fundamental principals of Islam teach peace. I had grandparents who followed the religion under Elijah Mohammad. I have read many Quorans for myself, both those of the Black Muslims and those of the Arab culture and of Moorish Science. Like the bible, which I believe is the word of God, belief in holy war is in the intepretation. That is left to the leaders of faith sects. Sunni Muslims differ from Sheite Muslims (why do you think Iraq is already in a civil war we won't admit?) who differ from Muslims in India, who differ from Black Muslims in America, who differ from...ARE YOU GETTING THIS?
For lack of a better words (and I wish there were some because this sounds propagandish) "extremists muslim organizations" sanction terrorism as part of holy wars that they feel justified in waging from their perspective. Iraq is not a war on terrorism no matter what the government and the media say. It is a different ambition all together, economically based. I believe all war is wrong.
I am a Christian. I understand my faith. It teaches me to love and not hate others. I stand by my belief that only Jesus can save a soul, but I offer Christ to people, not beat them over the head with my religious values. It took much development of my faith to understand that. I'm glad I'm saved! I pray for others to accept Christ.
Your avatar seems to indicate that you are of African decent. Possibly African American or Black or ***** or Colored (take your pick. I've been all of these in my lifetime) so your very heritage, both past and present should teach you better than to stereotype people or try to exclude them from the relative freedoms of America based on their religion or anything else. Shame on you for not educating yourself better. Hope this helped.

Because there's not supposed to be religious discrimination in the US.
Their religion does NOT advocate terrorism. You've been listening to Pat Robertson and his ilk too much.

Why do we allow Bush to continue to run the country, when his religion advocates terrorism?
Terrorism is the threat or use of force to coerce your "enemy" to seeing things you way. Every time the President raises the Terror Alert one color, or tells the public we "are safer, but not yet safe" is TERRORISM...he is scaring us to get us to vote for republicans.

When I get done reading the Qu'ran, I will be able to give a more informed decision.
But, according to a guy I talk to in India, who is a Muslim, he informs me that the terrorists are NOT muslims, because Islam is a peaceful religion.
So, I will continue to read, until the end of the book and see if there is any passages that promote violence.
(By the way, I am a Christian, so, I wont be swayed :)
I wish you well..
