set up a plan with your trainer to help lose the weight, working out is good but you also have to make some lifestyle changes. The way you eat is a major part of losing the weight, switch to leaner meats and more vegetables, most trainers also recommend eating smaller meals throughout the day then eating three large ones. But if eating five times a day doesn't work for you then i'd try to have a big breakfeast, a moderate lunch and a small dinner (it's harder for your body to burn off calories at night the it is for it to burn them in the morning)

IT takes time.. how long have you been doing it. (you didnt say) Talk to your doctor! 50 lbs is ALOT OF WEIGHT and you need to talk to a professional before losing anything more than a few lbs. And it wont happen instantly. the first 2 weeks you'll lose the most weight probably then it will taper off. Eat healthy exercise regularly and drink plenty of water and take your vitamins! Thats the healthy way. Talk to a personal trainer at any gym and they can help tailor exercises so you are losing weight where you want to lose it. Working out is awesome- but it wont help you if you go to mcdonalds afterwards! Change your entire lifestyle... Good luck!

You're off to a great start! Make sure you drink plenty of water (try to get your 64 oz. per day at least), eat healthy & stay positive! Joining some kind of support group with others who are trying to lose weight can help too! Check out http://www.ediets.com for some great tips! Good luck!

You can try Weight Watchers. I just joined last week and I lost three pounds already. My goal this week is to lose five more and to start exercising every other day. If you just start watching what you eat or even writing everything down it makes a HUGE difference. Good luck.

eat a balanced diet, try to mix all the different groups. Cut on fats and carbs, but do not cut all of them. You need all the food groups!
Try to eat less than usual, and try to have a good breakfast.
If you can, also try not to have dinner just before going to bed. Try to eat at least 2 hrs before.
And keep on your exercise!!
Don't try to loose all the pounds too fast, try to loose from 1.5 to 2 pounds if you are a female

The exercise will help. Reducing your caloric intake will also help. If your caloric deficiency is 500 calories a day, you will lose a pound a week, which is a good safe rate.

Working out is good but you also have to eat right...eat healthy and less but never skip breakfast because if you starve yourself in the morning your body will just start storing fat.
