First I would say that he hates his job, and dreads going to work; or he may have a very stressful job that is getting to him. How long has this been going on? Does he drink "orange juice" in the morning before he "vomits"?
Do you think he has something he wants to relate to you but is not ready at this time? How is he when he gets home? Does he hug, or make eye contact with you? Man I am just full of questions
Didn't want to say this; but, do you think he is having an affair and feels so guilty that he does not know what to do?

Vomits every morning? What does it look like? Vomit that resembles coffee grounds is a sign of bleeding in the stomach. Does he have black tarry stools? Frank blood in his stools?

I don't want to scare you, but some of the possibilities for frequent vomiting are:

hietal hernia (part of the stomach has come up through the diaphragm)
small bowel obstruction
cancer
pyloric stenosis
ulcers
esophagal polyps
accolasia
hangover
virus/bacterial infection
food sensitivity
pancreas or gallbladder problems

There are many things that will cause vomiting, none of which are really nice to have. He needs to be seen by his doctor ASAP. The sooner he finds out what it is, the sooner they can treat it and the better his chances of survival are if it is something life threatening. Give him my best and get him to the doctor, pronto.

ok since he is a man he couldn't be pregnant. The only thing I could think of is stress and anxiety. Maybe you just don't realize the pressure he is under. Last year I was going through a really hard time (depressed, stressed, and anxious all the time.) I never reallly puked from it, but I had such bad nauesea all the time that I could hardly eat. I lost like 10 pounds in a month. I would suggest him see a doctor just to rule out other causes.

Watch him after he has fallen asleep to see if he is getting up and eating in the middle of the night to eat everything in site. This will cause the body to dispose of all the food that has not been digested properly.

I would definitely have him visit a doctor! Vomiting every morning is serious.

He needs to be seen by his primary care physician. This could be anything from low blood sugar to hepatitis to asthma (is he like hacking up a ton of phlegm?) or a gastric condition (like an ulcer) or sinus drainage during the night causing this situation. It would be best to have him see his physician.
