If you like a smokey flavor try Dakota's marinade. I have found it at Walmart Super centers. It is wonderful on any kind of meat. I even brush it on hot dogs on the BBQ. Also with cube steak, make a seasoned flour with garlic, salt, pepper, or whatever your favorite spices are, and dredge the steaks through it and brown in a pan. Place the browned streaks in a baking dish and use the rest of the seasoned flour and beef stock to make a brown sauce and pour it over and bake in the oven. YUM (Add a little Worcestershire sauce to the brown sauce)

You could add some mushrooms. Maybe some cream of mushroom soup. When you broil steak it's really good with some Tony Chachere's original seasoning on it. That's the only way I cook mine (when it's not summer and I can't put it on the charcoal grill).

Cook it in a skillet w/ Heinz 57, some Worchestire, s&p and garlic powder to taste. Add sliced onion, too, if you want.
I also cook meatballs like this. Good stuff.

Try cutting up garlic with a little red wine....this gives it a very good taste. First brown the meat with the garlic, then add the wine and simmer. I also do this with chicken breast but I use white wine instead.

Put some soy sauce on it, when cooking it in the frying pan, or in the oven. Chicken, also tastes good, when you bake it in the oven, with soy sauce on it.. Have a great meal!!
