YES,IT IS NEW GROWTH!YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY FOR GROWING NEW HAIR WITHOUT THEM YOU WOULD GO BALD!I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM THOUGH AND I KNOW IT SUCKS. THE OTHER PROBLEM COULD BE THAT YOUR HAIR IS BREAKING OFF FROM PULLING IT UP SO TIGHT! SO MAYBE LOOSEN YOUR PONYTAIL AND THAT MAY HELP!
GOOD LUCK FROM A GIRL WHO HAS HAD HER SHARE OF BAD HAIR DAYS!

You were probably bitten by a warewolf and now hair is starting to cover your entire face, don't worry this is a common problem for people who have been attacked by this wild beast. Pretty soon you will notice your teeth and nails growing differently also.

All of a sudden? Thats weird, ive never heard of that. If you wanna keep them managed you can use this products from OSIS called Thrill. It's like a gum that holds down flyaways.

I do; however I wouldn't have any pix with me. Usually they'll keep down with a little bit hairspray...but when they pop up my husband makes definite to factor them out...he even calls them the identical factor you do; "little one hairs"
