You start with 100
You asked 28 questions. Each question = 5 points. So that's 140 points used in questions. You answered 49 at 2 points each so that's 98 + 10 for the best question, equalling 108.

So 100 + 108 = 208
208 - 140 = 68

There must be some points around that are missing but it sounds like you just didn't know that asking cost 5 pts.

for every answer you get 2 pts 49 x 2 =98 then a best answer +10=108, but for every question you ask 5 points is taken away 28 x5 =114 now do see why you down in points ? answer to get points back, by the way it cost you 5 to ask this one when you could have just read the rules for yahoo answers

100 to begin with
+ 49 * 2 =198
-28 * 5 = 58

So it's not far out you also get 1 point for logging on each day and points for voting. You also get points deducted for violations. You are probably as you should be if you take these other factors into account.

Answering questions gives you two points; getting a best answer gives you ten points; asking questions costs five points. I have attempted to do the math, but the answer I was given was thirty-two. I'm not completely sure how you got that amount of points; I do know that you need to answer more questions and ask less. Hope that's better than all your other answers! :D

Yes, you use up 5 points for each question asked, which I think needs looking at! Some won't ask a question for fear of loosing points. I can only see being concerned over points if loosing them will diminish your level to 1 , in which case you wouldn't be able to vote!

It costs you points to ask questions. Yahoo makes asking a privilege not a right.

Don't waste your points on unnecessary questions.

Answer questions that you truly know and understand, then do your best to answer them as if you needed every 10 point opportunity.
