I had a miscarriage a few years ago after several IVF attempts. I dont think that anyone can say anything to make you feel better. This is something that you have to deal with yourself. I never did have a baby of my own but I am the happy mother of a 2 year. I adopted a newborn a few years ago.
I am not a religious person, but I do think that we have miscarriages because the baby you were carring was not the perfect baby for you.

I am so sorry. I can't imagine. You can look at it in different ways. I mean, miscarriage occurs when there is something wrong with the baby. It sounds bad, but it's probably what was best for the baby. There are classes you can go to a your local hospital. Many have them for women who had miscarriages and help them deal. Very sorry again. good luck.

Coping with this is very difficult, and a different experience for everyone. I experienced one at the fourth month of pregnancy, and it was devastating! I talked to a counselor, as did my children, and I made a memorial website for my baby. All these things helped me, but I think about my little angel every day! It has not yet been a year, and there are times when it is difficult, but each new day is a little easier. I am so sorry for your loss. If you would like to, and feel up to it, you can visit the memorial site and decide if it is something you would like to do yourself to work through your grief.

I had a miscarriage last year around March and yeah it's a tough thing to deal with. Just keep your head high and just realize it obviously wasn't ment to be. If and when having a baby is right for you .. it will happen.
