I have been do the online dating thing for awhile now, but i still cant find anyone. Iv been on tons of dates, but they were either incredibly boring, or lied about something that was obvious once i met them. Iv done match.com and yahoo personals....any suggestions?

Yes! In fact, we are getting married - most likely in about 2 years. But I am an older woman (47) and 45 when I starting dating him. I "found him" online. But I also have to tell you that I also went on a ton of dates and I have the horror stories to prove it! I always tried to keep an open mind when meeting someone new and in the process, I actually did meet alot of really nice, sweet men, but they were just not what I was looking for.
I believe everything happens for a reason, so keep on going on those dates and always always give a "maybe" that proverbial second chance. Loads of wishes for a bright future!

I have done it for a long time and have had tons of dates. Only ran into one or two weird ones and one of them showed up drunk. Most were very nice but not interested in me (thought they were too good I guess, although months later they are still online) and couple asked me out a second time but there idea of a second date was me coming over to their place to snuggle and watch tv. yikes! I haven't given up though, I am not meeting anyone at work or through friends or family either.

One of my best friends got married last year after meeting her now husband on Singles.com. They chatted on line for a couple of weeks, sent pics etc. etc. Then meet at a restaurant (My friend brought another friend with her, just so she wouldn't be alone with the guy, cause you never know?) He turned out to be the love of her life. They got married last year, and just celebrated their 1 year anniversary about 2 weeks ago. They are building a new home and are very, very happy.

Yes! Online dating can be successful just like real world dating but you have to becareful.
I met my husband online and I'm really happy. We have ups and downs just like any other relationships. You just have to be willing to go throught the motions.

I always forget my passwords OR they want to charge me. I find myself wondering if they are real. Ithink they just show a few attractive horny people to get people to pay, then nothing really there. For men or women.

Yeah, just wait for the right kind of guy to come along. Going on 300 dates isn't going to make mr. right come along. Wait for him to come to you, when you see him you may not know it right away but you'll figure it out.

it is very hard to find someone online,,,but you are very lucky to go on dates,,,all the women i found lied and never kept their word,,,i still looking and find maney site ,,,,feel free to contact me
