after you straighten your hair the way you would usually do it, if you don't want to wash for a while and leave it straight put some baby powder in it, it'll soak up all the grease and leave your hair nice and straight for a long time make sure all the baby powder is off before heading out the house....Good Luck!!

Use a product that will weight down your hair, but will still give it a natural, soft look. I personally am an advocate for Frizz Ease. It works like a champ. I have also recently began using the new line from Herbal Essences-- Dangerously Straight Hair shampoo and conditioner, and that stuff works pretty well too.

So check list...
Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight Shampoo and Conditioner
Frizz Ease
and definitely use a ceramic flat iron

Awhile meaning a few days or months? You can use a ceramic flatiron (Paul Mitchell makes the best I've used) to straighten your hair. Just don't wash it for a few days. Have fun with your new 'do!

one day
blow dry
flat iron
product called str8

It became a real chore, so I started washing and braiding my hair at night to get a softer curl.....not perfectly straight, but not frizzy.
