Two suggestions
1) I'm assuming you season the meat with something, try seasoning the veggies with that
2) Blend the veggies and make a sauce out of them and put them on the meat
The 2nd one worked for my friend with a picky 2 year old
Hope it works!

Top it off with something. I've found a sprinkle of sugar goes a long way. Cheese is great, either parmesan or cheesy sauce. Make sure you're setting the example. If you've got space to grow some veggies in pots or in your yard, get him growing his own. Makes it more interesting that way.

I wouldn't worry too much about it right now. Just make sure that he's getting his nutrients from vitamins and lots of fresh fruit. I didn't have boys, but I wonder if you prepared a green "juice" and told him it was bug juice or kryptonite or something if he would drink it??? Or remember Popeye? (OK, I'm old) he ate his spinach to be strong?? I think he'll be OK, just ask the pediatrician on his next visit whether you should do anything special.

My granddaughter is 7 and has never eaten a veggie in her life. She hates them. Her diet is balanced with vitamins and such and she is very healthy. Hopefully he will grow out of it. Try giving him things like carrot sticks with ranch dressing to dip it in or celery sticks and let him dip it in cheese sauce, things like that. Shred carrots where they roll up into little balls or make characters out of raw veggies. Kids love stuff like that. Hope this helps in some small way.

Does he see you and others in family eating and enjoying vegetables? Hard for a child to not want what someone else is enjoying. There are a lot of vegetables and lots and lots of ways to serve them including raw. All you can do is set the example and experiment.

Have you tried putting cheese on them. My son loved having cheese on his veggies. We would also have snacks where the family would have a veggie tray and dip in ranch and he finally started to do the same.

Try celery with peanut butter and raisins or with cheez spread. Otherwise try carrots, tomatoes or other vegetables that are not green. You can also try veg. dip or ketchups (that is what my friends uses for her kids who also will not eat green vegetables.)

Hi Parkerpig...
Try vegetables which you don't like, the ones which you haven't served. Yellow ones and orange ones, you should also try. He will come around. Don't force...... Fruit is nice.
Have a great day.

what if you try different veggies that aren't green, like peppers, carrots, beets, potatoes, etc.
chop them up extremely fine and stick them in something, like burgers, stuffing
When my sister was like that my Mom put raw veggies in a bowl, marinate them at least over night in thousand island dressing, its tastes amazing!
Can you dye the veggies a different color
don't tell him what they are, tell him they are something different, what he doesn't know wont kill him, where do you think the saying comes from "Tell them it tastes like chicken"
