Is there any organizations that help single moms who are in need of financial help?

I am a single mom who can not find work and need some one to help me find a job, I have a Assiocate Degree in Office System. I have been out of work since April and bills are piling up.I am getting a little down worring about bills and stuff.

dunno about America but here in Ireland we have a place called MABS the negotiate with your creditors to reduce your payments.
