Typically, the harder the cheese (I´m talking about solid cheese here) the lower the fat. Note that cheese that melts easily is much higher in fat. Obviously, things like cottage cheese have the lowest fat, but that´s not really a cheese. Go for an old Gruyere for best taste and low fat. Good Luck!

OMG i love cheese and you know what fat is good in a diet as well as calcium and you should stick to the original but the best way to keep it non fat and still tasting good is Kraft Free has no fat no nothing only two carbs and its very good for only 45 calories a bag

grated imitation cheese.
processed cheese like the cheese in "handy snacks" is relatively low too.
both are gross too though...
