Potassium. Get some so-called "lite salt" or low-sodium salt in most supermarkets. It's made of KCl (potassium chloride) instead of NaCl (sodium chloride).

bananas gatorade orange juice - a good way to avoid cramps even if you over do it
hot bath walk around rub the cramp with both hands(it will hurt but it will get rid of them quickly)
