He bites, growls, urinates, and scratches me.
If he sees me playing with another dog, he waits until I am alone with him and then he terrorizes me. I'm afraid for my life and I think he may kill me soon.
On one occasion, he began biting my face but I threw him off, only for the foam in his mouth to get worse as he kept growling and backing into the corner. He looks like he's having seizures but then darts towards me and begins to bite.
He bites hard and I don't know how to punish him.

How long have you had this canine? How is this dog around OTHER people? This pooch has been given control over your relationship and that's bad for both of you. Take him to the Vet to make sure he is healthy then to a competent trainer. Your best option, however may be to foster this dog out to a more appropriate family. I'm not sure you sound like a real dog person?

Is this a puppy or a full grown dog? he may have some serious physiological disorder, maybe he is having seizures. Take him to the vet. I have never heard of any dog really behaving like this. Good Luck :)

Your dog bites you because you allow him to bite you. HE is in charge not you. My advise is to get rid of him if you are not going to properly train him.
And at this point if you cannot afford a professional dog trainer to work with you. Take him to the pound.
Please don't give him to another family without giving all the good details and the bad details.

You should speak to an animal behaviorist. That's a dangerous situation and punishing your dog will probably only make it worse. I would talk to your vet and see if she/he can recommend a behaviorist. In the meantime, I would avoid all contact with other dogs so you don't set him off. Good luck.

Tie the dog in a sack with a few bricks, then throw it in the canal. That'll calm him down nicely. Works every time.

He's got rabies man take him to the vet ASAP!!! and punishment just spray him with water. I'm really sorry but it might be too late and you might have to just put him down, my uncle had to do that once, his dog got rabid, but they couldnt get near to it without getting snapped at...sorry i got carried away,
