i know some guys who do. like they'll say she's a 5 or she's a 7. do any of you out there do that?

No...it's a bit childish to say the least.
I might mention if a girl does something weird or crazy. But on the whole I keep it to myself.
It's up to guy to make the night memorably anyway. So if these guys say that a girl is just a 5 then that usually means that they aren't very good in bed, not the girl.

I am a thirty eight year old man, I always have rated women, guys rate and judge everything even if they do not have the stones to admit it.
And just so you know my wife and I write this together she has all of my e mail passwords o she knows I am saying this.
She is a ten or I would not have married her.

I do rate them with 2 scales.
1- up to 5 stars is how good was sex with her. 1 star is bad & 5 stars are the best which i usually give to the kinkiest who does EVERYTHING.
2- If she gave me normal sex, b j or anal or all.
