Menthol buzz. The crystals actually take time to explode, relasing their chemical "taste".

That my friend is the feeling of satisfaction. The satisfaction on a nice, refreshing Newport cigarette. Try them in 100's as well.
It's deliciously satisfying.

The dizziness is due to oxygen deprivation. The relaxed feeling is due to the nicotine. Quit if you can. If it is not a habit yet, STOP! I am working on it. I've heard it said that quitting is harder than kicking heroin, and after many failed attempts I believe it. I also heard that they just upped the nicotine, dirty dogs!

dizzy =menthol relaxed= getting the nicotine your body is accustomed to having, like a "fix" to a druggie on a much smaller scale.

Stop smoking. Your body is trying to warn you that it is bad for you. Dizziness means that your circulation is being harmed.
