The dizziness is due to oxygen deprivation. The relaxed feeling is due to the nicotine. Quit if you can. If it is not a habit yet, STOP! I am working on it. I've heard it said that quitting is harder than kicking heroin, and after many failed attempts I believe it. I also heard that they just upped the nicotine, dirty dogs!

The dizziness is no oxagen and the relaxed feeling is like getting a fix from drugs...........try to quit, i am trying and i know it's hard...it's harder than stopping the drinking..........
