One night after a fight and drinking with my girl I got another girls number from a friend, Weeks ago and someone said I was hooking up with this girl. My girlfriend found out and she won't listen to me at all. I never even called the girl or have ever spoken with her was a simple mistake to get the number I know. Should she ignore me and really be upset and not want to speak with me at all?

Move on. Call the "new girl". Three things can happen... 1st-You live happily ever after with the "new girl", 2nd- You make your other girlfriend so jealous that she takes you back.(This is when you clear the air once and for all), or 3rd- You don't get either of them and spend some alone time, which isn't always a bad thing. For one thing nothing good can come from partying and carry on. Find other things that interest you both to do to spend qaulity time together. Let her know it was a mistake that will never happen again, and that you did it out of spite, and that you never called the girl, and had no intention. Then you need to work on earning her trust back. I would be upset to! Give her time and space to chill down. And don't do it again! Good Luck!

She's upset because you got the number. She knows you didn't cheat but just the idea the you get in a fight and the first thing you do is get some chicks number. Just let her cool down for a little bit. Then approach her and explain your side of things.

I think she should hear your side of the story. However, you were wrong to accept or even take that other girls number. I think it is ok for her to be upset and maybe disappointed with you but she should talk to you. Let her yell and scream or talk to you to get it all out and explain to her that you really do love her if you do..and that it was all a big misunderstanding and that you are truly sorry.

You crossed the line.. she has every right to get upset.. if you really like/love her, you have to keep trying to earn her trust back..might be difficult but time will tell.. This is what she probably think.. one fight and he went out and get other girl phone number.. what happen if another fight happen..he probably go out and sleep with other girl...

I had this same problem a long time ago, unfortunately he never spoke to me ever again either. He didn't even let me explain, it tore me to pieces because he had heard a total lie and wouldn't even let me get anything out.
In reality no, your girl shouldn't be that upset at all. Because of the situation I learned that if I'm going to be mad at somebody Im' going to hear their story first.

Well if you really didn't do anything but get a number you should tell her to chill and if she won't drop it she probably never will so you may have to move on if it bothers you that she won't speak to you try doing something special to show her you care, Buy some flowers for god's sake.

No, but if your relationship is on the rocks and you allow yourself to be attracted to another girl and one of your friends is wittness, then you are taking a HUGE chance. I think that most people deserve a chance to explain and if she won't give you that...it is possible she has had thoughts of cheating herself! It sounds to me like you two need a break. I know it is hard to do, but if you let her go-she will eventually know the truth and come to you for answers...in the mean time, know that it is NOT okay for someone you love to treat you like a liar without hearing your piece!

now just give her another chance i bet shes doing this because she really cares bout u and she may be feeling that u r takeing advantage of her so do something nice for her and apoligize so that she feels better that way u both will be happy and DON'T u dare break up with her or listen to the ones that say u should break up with her again those people r STUPID!!!!!!!!

I think you should try and explain to her that you never actually went through with the phone call. If you think the other girl will vouch for you, let your gf call her to verify. If she just won't listen to reason at all........Kick her to the curb...it's not worth the headache. If a relationship has no trust, then it JUST WON'T WORK!!!!
