DAS
Q. Why is it colder at the South Pole than the North Pole?
A. The South Pole is colder because of the alititude, almost 10000 feet, and because the ice cap at the South Pole reflects most of the sun's radiation back into space.

I was reading a PS magazine and it said that the south pole was the coldest part of the whole world that is why they are investigating ice layers there cause the know that the ice is way thicker than what it is in the north pole, so I say that the south pole is the coldest.

The south pole is temperature wise a lot colder, I think it has something to do with the angle from earth and the sun
