You probably have a cake brownie recipe.

Try this one: FUDGE BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup flour, sifted before measuring
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted (2 ounces)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional) choc. chips are good too.
PREPARATION:
Directions for brownies
Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, and eggs together until light and fluffy.

Beat in melted butter and chocolate; stir in flour mixture then fold in the chopped nuts. Spread brownies batter in prepared pan; bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut brownies in squares while still warm; cool brownies completely in pan.

Also, you don't want a recipe that has cocoa in it....because you won't get the cross between fudge and cake texture and taste that makes a brownie good. The best way to add chocolate is melted chocolate.

What is a good substitute for eggs?

Ener-G Egg Replacer - follow directions on box.
2 tbsp corn starch = 1 egg
2 tbsp arrowroot flour = 1 egg
2 tbsp potato starch = 1 egg
1 heaping tbsp soy powder + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg
1 tbsp soy milk powder + 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg.
1 banana = 1 egg in cakes.

I never use eggs in my salmon tarts. do not understand what crumbs you employ, crackers, bread or now and lower back I even upload some on the spot potato flakes to hold it jointly. Mine do not disintegrate devoid of the eggs in it.
