im wondering because me and my gf are having a kid and we wanna know if we can move out together with out her parents being able to take her or the kid away or if she can move in with me with out penalty from the law

16 years old. Go the court house and find out if you need an attorney (in many states you do not). All you may have to do is complete paperwork, pay a filing fee, and await a judges decision (which is nearly always favorable unless you have a criminal record ~~ it still could be favorable, you just might have to meet with the judge). There are also many attorneys that will give you free advise, or assist you "pro bono". Ask around for a pro-bono attorney (a local college is usually a good place - the Criminal Justice course department).

depends entirely on how old you both are. if the girl isunder 16, its doubtful that she would be allowed to just move in with you, and if you don't have a job, there is no way you are going to be able to support a baby.
