Exercise!!!!!!!! Seriously you need to get your body in check and get some anxiety RELEASE. You worry more cause of what is happening to you, so get out and don't be scared of it. Your pupiils dialate when your body is on alert, like after you get in a car wreck and stuff. Just do breathing exercises and go for a run, eat right and get lots of sleep. Youll be okay I have them too.

I've had Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) since I was 15. I'm 23 now. It's extremely scary adn your mind plays tricks on you. It seems ludicrous that your body would react in such a way really for nothing adn you convince yourself that you have a brain tumour or something physical to explain what's going on (For me I was convinced it was leukaemia).
Some things to consider... it seems there is some evidence for genetic links with regards to the syndrome...check with other members of your family and ask if any of them have experienced it.
Also, have you had a particularly traumatic experience within the last 6 months or so? Mine began when my sister's life support was switched off...
The temperature things I think are pretty normal for the condition too...well I got that anyways.
Unfortunately, my family wasn't very supportive and kept asking me if I was on drugs or something (of course I wasn't)...I ended up completely bed-ridden and at that stage still didn't know why I was feeling like that. Eventually a doctor figured it out, but only after I was on the mend. I never took any medication and managed to pull myself together after it was explained to me exactly what it was. It felt great to know, whenever it was happening, that I wasn't actually dying and that it would pass. Even now, maybe every three months or so (it used to be about 8 an hour!) I get an attack, but I just relax my body and close my eyes knowing it will pass...and it does in like 30 seconds. (Even if you're in the middle of a conversation adn it happens, just do this adn then when it's passed, explain to the other person).
If your doctor does recommend a drug, get second opinions, but you may need it, so don't say no to all the options. My mother's brother was murdered not so long ago and it brought on in her the exact same thing I have (see above for genetic link), and now she knows what I went through as a kid and has since apologised profusely. She feels terrible she wasn't there for me. She had bereavement counselling adn went on medication (anti-depressants I think) and that helped her recover.
It's a very frightening thing to have to deal with I know, but it should help to know that you aren't alone and it isn't gonna kill you, promise. It passes and you'll be ok.
Good luck to you.

I am sorry but, try to relieve your stress by doing some breathing exercises, yoga or tai chi. I have anxiety attacks where I can't breath. No medicine helped me. Only God's natural medicine. When I get upset, I close of the whole world and meditate in the bathroom or anywhere someone is not. Pray to God for healing and ways to heal your enviroment. God Bless and Good Luck

If you take in caffeine, try to wean yourself off of it as soon as possible. Don't drink any caffeinated beverages after 3pm. Look up some breathing exercises on the internet. Sounds silly, I know, but they really work. Controlling your breathing is paramount to controlling your anxiety. You may need medical attention, but these are things that can really make a differences in a relatively short period of time.

Maybe you should ask your doctor if it could be a form of migraine or seizure.
